THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS OF THE MOMENT

  • LCELA Fall Meeting Sunday November 9th at 4.30pm

site last updated Sunday June 29th 2008

Important Notices:

LCELA Fall Meeting: We're holding the 2008 Fall Business Meeting on Sunday November 9th, at an earlier hour than usual - 4.30pm (because we're into Daylight Saving Time, and things Get Dark Quickly). We need to report on the state of LCELA finances, and hold elections for LCELA Board members.

Every LCELA landowner is invited, whether you're an LCELA member or not. (Only LCELA members can vote)

As usual, a count of heads is needed - else we can't be sure to get enough luscious Barbecue - and, as usual, please bring something to complement the main course - cookies, dessert, nice stuff.

Please RSVP to Treasurer@lcela.org to say whether you'll be coming, and if so, how many adults and kids. Please RSVP even if you're NOT able to attend. (Actually, that's what RSVP means :-)

There'll be the opportunity to pay 2009 dues at the meeting. BRING YOUR CHECKBOOKS!

And - the usual reminder - it's cheaper and more efficient for everyone if we can contact you by email rather than US mail. We recommend signing up for electronic LCELA contact - we won't provide your contact information to anyone outside LCELA. Please email the webchief with your eamil contact info to be added to the email list.

See y'all there Sunday!

LCELA Business Meeting 2007: The 2007 Fall Business Meeting took place on Sunday October 14th. Lively discussions were held. We have a new Board:

LCELA Notices

LCELA Legal Fund: If you contributed to the LCELA Legal Fund, you can now get a refund, although we would ask you to consider gifting a percentage to LCELA. Contact the LCELA Treasurer.

City of Cedar Park: We received a letter dated 10/6/04 from the City of Cedar Park stating the City and County are no longer pursuing the street name change for Forest Trail. They also advised that street numbers should be displayed prominently by the roadside, allowing emergency responders to more easily find your home, as many of the homes cannot be seen from the road.
