Proposal to update Lake Pavilion site

1.  Swings- 8 ft. high, A frame, commercial grade, permanent set with three swings and one full bucket baby swing $1200 + concrete
2.  Sand Box, 6'x8'-  pressure treated lumber or railroad ties, sand- $120  (minimum maintenance required)
3.  Tetherball- steel pole, concrete, tetherball- $80  (may have to have a lock box for ball)
estimated total of improvements not including labor- $1400

If 40 residents donated $35 each (one time only), that would be enough to pay for these upgrades.   Email or mail Adrian Lee with your name and phone number and/or email if you would be willing to either give donations, volunteer your time, or have access to workers that could help with building these improvements.    Remember the more participants we have the less you will have to pay.  The more you are willing to pay, the less participants we need.  Again this is only a proposal to see if we would be able to collect enough money to afford an upgrade like this.  We will contact you if and when we decide to go through with this.

Proposal for Neighborhood Entrance Signs

Natural Limestone boulder sign- (Southwest Monument- charges by the square foot) a 25 sq. ft. sign would cost between $2500-3000 including a cement base and installation.  They also take care of getting permits and making sure it will not be in the way of future road developments.

For our neighborhood I think we could use a 15-20 sq. ft. sign which would be around $2000.  So if 40 residents gave $50 each that would pay for one sign.  We need two signs because we have two entrances into the neighborhood, not including the houses along CR 180.  So, to make it affordable, we could do one sign this year and one sign next year.  If you are willing to give some money to help with this improvement to the neighborhood please email or mail Adrian Lee with your name, number, and/or email.  Remember the more participants we have the less you will have to pay.  The more you are willing to pay, the less participants we need.  Again this is only a proposal to see if we would be able to collect enough money to afford an upgrade like this.  We will contact you if and when we decide to go through with this.
